Pengaruh Beban Kerja, Stress Kerja, dan Kompensasi Kerja Terhadap Turnover Karyawan di Dealer Mahasurya Motor

Abstract

This assessment aims to find out the effects of Workload, Work Stress, and Work Compensation on Employee Turnover at Motor Mahasurya Dealers. The population is all 31 employees of Mahasurya Motor Dealer. This study used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and analysis techniques used in this study, SEM-PLS The results of this study show that high employee turnover can have a negative impact on the performance and stability of the organization. Work stress and work compensation had a significant effect on employee turnover, while work stress and work compensation had a significant positive effect on employee turnover at Mahasurya Motor Dealers.
