Strategic Human Resource Practice dalam meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing berkelanjutan di era Digitalisasi pada BUMDes Giri Amertha Sadhu Bontihing
Abstract
Village Owned Enterprises are rural economic institutions which are an important part of supporting the strengthening of the village economy. Therefore strategic human resource practice is needed in developing human resource management capable of managing economic assets in order to improve the village economy to a sustainable competitive advantage.
This study uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data in this study are sourced from primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using the method of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is using qualitative data analysis.
The research result show that the lack of implementation of strategic human resource practice has caused several employees to experience obstacles in maintaining suistainable competitive advantage in BUMDes.
