THE INFLUENCE OF COMPENSATION, PARTICIPATIVE LEADERSHIP STYLE AND JOB SECURITY ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT PT GARDA UTAMA NASIONAL

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, participative leadership style and job security on employee performance at PT Garda Utama Nasional. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Garda Utama Nasional. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear  regression analysis, t-test, f-test. The research results show that: 1) the compensation variable has a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 0.421, 2) the participative leadership style variable has a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 0.392, 3) job security has a positive influence on employee performance with value of 0.358.
