Abstract

The results of this study indicate that the effect of work discipline on teacher performance in Cluster VIII in Buleleng District is 0.340 and the influence of Work Discipline on Teacher Performance with the results of hypothesis testing with the T-Test test shows that t-count > t-table (3.157 > 1.667) . The effect of supervision on teacher performance in Cluster VIII in Buleleng District was 0.256 and the effect of supervision on teacher performance and the results of testing the hypothesis with the T-Test showed that t-test > t-table (2.610 > 1.667). The effect of competence on teacher performance in Cluster VIII in Buleleng District has a regression value of 0.276 and the effect of competence on teacher performance and the results of hypothesis testing with the T-test show that t-test > t-table (2.448 > 1.667). Based on the results of the calculation of the f test results, it is known that the value of F-count> F-table, (40.920> 3.13). This indicates that work discipline, supervision and competency affect teacher performance with a significant level of 0.000 <0.050.
