Abstract

This research is a type of qualitative research using 10 research informants, the validity of the data to achieve valid data through that is focusing on the development of theories, methods, and interpretation of research data, the data analysis technique used in this study is a data validity technique called triangulation and Data analysis techniques that go through the steps of data collection, data reduction, data display and data retrieval are drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of tri hita karana towards increasing the work productivity of farmers in subak Tamblang Village is in the Severeyangan process by holding ceremonies such as Ngusaba Bulih, Ngusaba Padi, Ngusaba Desa. Usaba bulih, has a goal so that drought does not occur. Usaba paddy has a goal so that rice can grow well which is done by planting and fertilizing regularly.
