Abstract

The stigma of low human resource quality actually arises from a lack of concern from competent community groups. Community Service demonstrates the academic community's commitment to helping the community. Activities focused on the problems faced by the Semedi Karya BUMDES are conducted through education and mentoring methods. The main objective is to provide financial literacy to BUMDES managers and the village community. Community Service results show an increase in knowledge of financial management and taxation. Managers are now able to operate digital applications for finance and taxation. Business strategies have also been successfully developed independently by the managers. The high level of community interest in participating in all Community Service activities provides hope for financial transparency and community oversight.
