Paon Olivia Seririt, a restaurant in Buleleng Regency, contributes to the growth of MSMEs, which significantly support the local economy. However, the restaurant faces challenges in marketing and raw material inventory. This activity aims to identify issues and propose strategic solutions through the STP Marketing approach and marketing mix. Marketing strategies are designed to enhance competitiveness through market segmentation, target market, and market positioning. Additionally, more effective raw material inventory management is suggested to ensure operational continuity.
