Abstract

Typical Indonesian cuisine has its own characteristics in each region. Traditional Balinese cuisine has the general characteristics of a strong and sharp taste, because many spices are used, especially spices called basa even. Traditional Balinese cuisine, which has developed since the arrival of Hinduism in Bali, has become the original food of the Balinese people, not only for the people but also religiously intended for the gods and goddesses. Typical culinary delights are usually found in many micro small and medium enterprises in Bali, especially in the Sangsit area. Based on observations micro small and medium enterprises  experience many obstacles in marketing and need to hold training. The development of training for Warung Makan Lalah Manis micro small and medium enterprises aims to increase sales through marketing development so that they can reach the widest possible range of consumers
