Abstract

Digital marketing creates an increase in people's desire to buy products or services. One of the UMKM that gets this effect is dE Percussion which is engaged in crafting traditional musical instruments from bamboo. This will also require energy and time to make increasing orders. From this, the aim of this research is to help MSMEs empower Human Resources by recruiting. Using a direct survey method to find out information, the author conducted direct interviews and worked with the owner. Based on the observations obtained, the author made efforts to recruit workers to empower human resources in work efficiency and effectiveness.
