The researcher conducted this study aiming to determine the implication relationship between Advertising Above The Line, Personal Selling and Brand Image on purchasing decisions for Honda motorcycles at PT. Mertha Buana Motor Singaraja. The research methodology was conducted using a quantitative approach. The data collection used a questionnaire instrument, the selection of respondents was carried out by incidental sampling, namely randomly with 94 respondents. The data analysis technique used was the SPSS model version 18. All the relationships studied showed significant results.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of digital marketing and product quality on consumer buying interest at UD. Eka Karya Engineering Company used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous significance test (F test), Individual significance test (t test). The results of the analysis show that Digital Marketing has a significant positive effect on UD's Purchase Intention.ka Karya with a result of (0.219) when compared to the significance level (a) = 5%. Product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at UD. Eka Karya (0.377) when compared to the significance level (a) = 5%. So from the relationship examined in this study it shows positive and significant results related to Digital Marketing, Product Quality Against the interest of buying UD. Eka Karya.

PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TRANSFORMASIONAL, KOMPENSASI DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT TANTRI DELTA UTAMA

The phenomenon that occurs is based on observations from researchers at PT Tantri Delta Utama Singaraja, every employee is required to be able to carry out their duties quickly and precisely in achieving targets. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tantri Delta Utama Singaraja. This study used a questionnaire statistik collection technique (questionnaire). The population in this study were 44 employees of PT Tantri Delta Utama Singaraja and the head of the depot, the samples taken from this population were 43 employees. Respondents were dominated by men and adults aged 21 to 30 years. From the results of the study, it was found that (1) There is an influence of Transformational Leadership on employee performance. The transformational leadership style can motivate employees to achieve higher performance. (2) There is an effect of compensation on employee performance. Fair and competitive compensation can be a motivating factor for employees to improve employee performance. (3) There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance. Work discipline can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of employees in achieving the desired results.

The Role of Consumer Behavior and Personal Selling in Determining Purchasing Decisions at Panji Teknik Stores

This study aims to determine whether consumer behavior and personal selling influence purchasing decisions at Toko Panji Teknik. This research approach uses a quantitative method which collects data by using a questionnaire and measuring a Likert scale of 1-5 with a total of 75 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 2.5 method. The results obtained from this study are that Rational Motives have a positive and insignificant effect on purchasing decisions, the results for Emotional Motives and Personal Selling variables have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Panji Teknik Stores.

Peran Gaya Kepemimpinan Asta Brata Dalam Meningkatkan Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Hotel Bali Taman

This study aims to determine the influence of Asta Brata's Leadership Style moderating the influence of work discipline on employee performance at Bali Taman Hotel. The population is all employees of Hotel Bali Taman which amounts to 32 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is a variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS).

The results of this study show that work discipline has a direct influence on the performance of employees at Bali Taman Hotel, this is evidenced by the habit of employees in work discipline in order to provide maximum results to the company to achieve company goals. Work discipline does not have a direct influence on employee performance with asta brata leadership style as a moderation variable at Bali Taman Hotel.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa modal sendiri yang dimiliki Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Manik Sedana Artha sudah baik, dengan kondisi nyata bahwa modal sendiri yang digunakan untuk operasi yang diperoleh dari laba usaha setelah dikurangi modal asing dan pajak usaha, sehingga modal sendiri yang dimiliki koperasi dapat meningkatkan jumlah SHU yang diperoleh KSP Manik Sedana Artha. Modal pinjaman yang dimiliki Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Manik Sedana Artha masih tergolong rendah, dengan kondisi nyata bahwa modal pinjaman yang dimiliki koperasi digunakan dengan sebaik-baiknya untuk operasi dalam upaya meningkatkan laba usaha, sehingga modal pinjaman yang dimiliki koperasi dapat meningkatkan jumlah SHU yang diperoleh KSP Manik Sedana Artha. Jumlah anggota yang dimiliki Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Manik Sedana Artha masih tergolong rendah, dengan kondisi nyata bahwa jumlah anggota dalam setiap bulannya mengalami penurunan jumlah anggota yang dimiliki koperasi, sehingga jumlah anggota yang dimiliki koperasi dapat mempengaruhi peningkatkan jumlah SHU yang diperoleh KSP Manik Sedana Artha.

This assessment aims to find out the effects of Workload, Work Stress, and Work Compensation on Employee Turnover at Motor Mahasurya Dealers. The population is all 31 employees of Mahasurya Motor Dealer. This study used data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires and analysis techniques used in this study, SEM-PLS The results of this study show that high employee turnover can have a negative impact on the performance and stability of the organization. Work stress and work compensation had a significant effect on employee turnover, while work stress and work compensation had a significant positive effect on employee turnover at Mahasurya Motor Dealers.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of compensation, participative leadership style and job security on employee performance at PT Garda Utama Nasional. The sample in this study were employees at PT. Garda Utama Nasional. Collecting data in this study using questionnaires and documentation techniques. The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test. The research results show that: 1) the compensation variable has a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 0.421, 2) the participative leadership style variable has a positive influence on employee performance with a value of 0.392, 3) job security has a positive influence on employee performance with value of 0.358.

This study aims to determine the effect of store atmosphere, product quality and product variants on customer satisfaction at Danke Café Singaraja. The sample in this research is 75 people. The data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and documentation. The analysis technique used in this research is validity and reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t-test, f-test. Research results show thatIn accordance with the test results show that the store atmosphere variable has a positive regression coefficient value which has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Analisis Uji Beda Sebelum Dan Sesudah Penerapan Kebijakan Blokir Otomatis Sebagai Sistem Pengendalian Internal Piutang Di PT Dineta Jaya Periode Tahun 2016-2022

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem pengendalian piutang tak tertagih dengan kebijakan blokir otomatis di PT Dineta Jaya dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan kebijakan blokir otomatis di PT Dineta Jaya periode tahun 2016- 2022. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan jumlah piutang tak tertagih PT Dineta Jaya periode 2016-2018 dan 2020- 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dan di analisis dengan uji beda berupa Paired Sample t-test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan rata – rata piutang sebelum dan sesudah penerapan kebijakan blokir otomatis sebagai system pengendalian internal piutang di PT DIneta Jaya periode tahun 2016 – 2022 berbeda. Selanjutnya dengan adanya kebijakan system blokir otomatis memberikan hasil yang berbeda dalam kinerja system pengendalian piutang yang ada di PT Dineta Jaya. Dengan adanya system blokir otomatis ini kegiatan pengendalian atau control piutang yang tak tertagih menjadi lebih efektif dan meminimalkan piutang macet.

The Effect The Effect of Education Level, Human Relations, and Job Description on the Performance of PMD Office Employees of Buleleng Regency

Management is a process for using human resources to achieve goals. Organizations without management are impossible to achieve the desired goals effectively and efficiently. Human resources are an important component in the world of work, especially in the increasingly advanced modern era. Human resources serve as planners, performers, and determinants of achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Education Level, Human relations, and Job Description on the Performance of PMD Office Employees of Buleleng Regency. The technical analysis used in this study is validity and reality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, determination analysis and t-test. The results showed that the level of education, human relations, and Job Description affect the performance of PMD Office employees of Buleleng Regency. This result is proven by testing the hypothesis with the T-Test, each of which obtained that t-count > t-table (3.252 > 1.67793) with value (a = 5%) = 0.002 below 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted by t-count > t-table (3.596> 1.67793) with probability) value (a= 5%) = 0.001 below 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted and the t-count value > t-table (1.994 > 1.67793) with probability value (a= 5%) = 0.049 below 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. The results of this study show a positive influence on the Level of Education, Human relations and Job Description on the Performance of PMD Office Employees of Buleleng Regency.

Abstract,

The results of this study indicate that product innovation has a direct influence on consumer buying interest in Pedawa Ant Sugar in Singaraja, with the more product innovations owned by business owners the better for the business, because it can increase buying interest from consumers, as evidenced by the existence of new product innovations that have been made by business owners in an effort to increase purchase interest. Digital marketing has a direct influence on consumer buying interest in Ant Pedawa Sugar in Singaraja, with digital marketing that has been carried out by business owners in marketing it is able to influence the buying interest of its consumers. Product innovation has an influence on consumer buying interest with digital marketing as a moderating variable on Pedawa Ant Sugar in Singaraja, with product innovation owned by Ant Sugar business owners in Pedawa Village already recognized by the wider community, this is evidenced by marketing carried out through social media, so that Pedawa Ant Sugar can be an option for people who want to make a purchase, which is inseparable from product innovation that is owned which is able to influence consumer buying interest supported by digital marketing.

Abstrak.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Gula Semut Pedawa di Singaraja, dengan semakin banyak inovasi produk yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha semakin baik untuk usaha tersebut, karena dapat meningkatkan minat beli dari para konsumen, yang dibuktikan dengan adanya inovasi produk baru yang telah dibuat oleh pemilik usaha dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan minat beli. Digital marketing memiliki pengaruh secara langsung terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Gula Semut Pedawa di Singaraja, dengan digital marketing yang telah dilakukan pemilik usaha dalam pemasarannya mampu memberikan pengaruh terhadap minat beli dari para konsumennya. Inovasi produk memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen dengan digital marketing sebagai variabel moderasi pada Gula Semut Pedawa di Singaraja, dengan inovasi produk yang dimiliki oleh pemilik usaha Gula Semut di Desa Pedawa sudah dikenali oleh masyarakat luas, ini dibuktikan dengan pemasaran yang dilakukan melalui media sosial, sehingga Gula Semut Pedawa dapat menjadi pilihan bagi masyarakat yang ingin melakukan pembelian, yang tidak terlepas dari inovasi produk yang dimiliki yang mampu memberikan pengaruh pada minat beli konsumen didukung oleh digital marketing.

This research to know to reveal the contribution of achieving sustainability Development Goals to the sustainability performance of PT. Petrokimia Gresik in 2022. PT. Petrokimia Gresik is one of the companies that received a Platinum rating from the Asian Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT). The purpose of this research is to analyze the disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals as reflected in PT's Sustainability Report. Petrokimia Gresik in 2022 based on GRI Standards in 2022. This type of research is qualitative research. The research method used is the content analysis method. The data collection technique used is documentation, namely collecting relevant data and information sourced from literature studies and internet searches in order to obtain information that is useful for conducting research. The conclusions obtained in this research are based on the results of the research showing that based on the ranking of the Predicate for Suistainability Reporting Disclosures for the 2022 period it can be categorized as informative with an average data processing value of 70%. In this report, the disclosures reported have been categorized as accurate. It is hoped that PT. Petrokimia Gresik in 2022, maintaining the quality of sustainability reports.
