Eka Karya Engineering Company used in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous significance test (F test), Individual significance test (t test). The results of the analysis show that Digital Marketing has a significant positive effect on UD's Purchase Intention.ka Karya with a result of (0.219) when compared to the significance level (a) = 5%. Product quality has a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest at UD. Eka Karya (0.377) when compared to the significance level (a) = 5%. So from the relationship examined in this study it shows positive and significant results related to Digital Marketing, Product Quality Against the interest of buying UD. This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, compensation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Tantri Delta Utama Singaraja. This study used a questionnaire statistik collection technique (questionnaire). The population in this study were 44 employees of PT Tantri Delta Utama Singaraja and the head of the depot, the samples taken from this population were 43 employees. Respondents were dominated by men and adults aged 21 to 30 years. From the results of the study, it was found that (1) There is an influence of Transformational Leadership on employee performance. The transformational leadership style can motivate employees to achieve higher performance. (2) There is an effect of compensation on employee performance. Fair and competitive compensation can be a motivating factor for employees to improve employee performance. (3) There is an influence of work discipline on employee performance. This research approach uses a quantitative method which collects data by using a questionnaire and measuring a Likert scale of 1-5 with a total of 75 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) version 2.5 method. The data analysis technique used in this study is a variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) or Component based SEM, which is famously called Partial Least Square (PLS).</span></p> <p class="s15"><span class="s21">The results of this study show that work discipline has a direct influence on the performance of employees at Bali Taman Hotel, this is evidenced by the habit of employees in work discipline in order to provide maximum results to the company to achieve company goals. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan jumlah piutang tak tertagih PT Dineta Jaya periode 2016-2018 dan 2020- 2022. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh dan di analisis dengan uji beda berupa Paired Sample t-test. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pertama (H1) menunjukkan rata – rata piutang sebelum dan sesudah penerapan kebijakan blokir otomatis sebagai system pengendalian internal piutang di PT DIneta Jaya periode tahun 2016 – 2022 berbeda. Selanjutnya dengan adanya kebijakan system blokir otomatis memberikan hasil yang berbeda dalam kinerja system pengendalian piutang yang ada di PT Dineta Jaya. Organizations without management are impossible to achieve the desired goals effectively and efficiently. Human resources are an important component in the world of work, especially in the increasingly advanced modern era. Human resources serve as planners, performers, and determinants of achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Education Level, Human relations, and Job Description on the Performance of PMD Office Employees of Buleleng Regency. The technical analysis used in this study is validity and reality test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, determination analysis and t-test. The results showed that the level of education, human relations, and Job Description affect the performance of PMD Office employees of Buleleng Regency. This result is proven by testing the hypothesis with the T-Test, each of which obtained that t-count &gt; t-table (3.252 &gt; 1.67793) with value (a = 5%) = 0.002 below 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted by t-count &gt; t-table (3.596&gt; 1.67793) with probability) value (a= 5%) = 0.001 below 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted and the t-count value &gt; t-table (1.994 &gt; 1.67793) with probability value (a= 5%) = 0.049 below 0.05 then the hypothesis is accepted. Digital marketing has a direct influence on consumer buying interest in Ant Pedawa Sugar in Singaraja, with digital marketing that has been carried out by business owners in marketing it is able to influence the buying interest of its consumers. Petrokimia Gresik in 2022. PT. Petrokimia Gresik is one of the companies that received a Platinum rating from the Asian Sustainability Reporting Rating (ASRRAT). The purpose of this research is to analyze the disclosure of Sustainable Development Goals as reflected in PT's Sustainability Report. Petrokimia Gresik in 2022 based on GRI Standards in 2022. This type of research is qualitative research. The research method used is the content analysis method. The data collection technique used is documentation, namely collecting relevant data and information sourced from literature studies and internet searches in order to obtain information that is useful for conducting research. The conclusions obtained in this research are based on the results of the research showing that based on the ranking of the Predicate for Suistainability Reporting Disclosures for the 2022 period it can be categorized as informative with an average data processing value of 70%. In this report, the disclosures reported have been categorized as accurate. It is hoped that PT.
