This research approach uses quantitative methods.The number of respondent sinthis studyis 70 employees. Non probability sampling sampling technique using saturation sampling technique or saturated sample where the sample in this study is all employees at UPTD Puskesmas Singojuru has many as 70 employees. Data collection techniques using observations, interviews and questionnaires, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques using validity instrument tests, and reliability, classical assumption tests: multicolonitytests, heteroscedacitytests, and normalitytests, multiple linear regression tests, t and f hypothesis tests and determination coefficient (R2) tests. Data processing tool using SPSS(Statistics Program For Special Science) version 25 for Windows software. The results of the hypothesis test t (t count &gt; t table), t table (1,99714), Workload X1(tcount1.296), workstress X2 (tcount2,180),Work Environment X3 (t count 2,509), partially affect and significantly on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Workload partially has no effect and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
